1. Check if Twitter is Down
If you want to check if Twitter is down, then the best site for this purpose is the Twitter Status Page. It lists all the recent tweets and also lets you know whether there are any problems with Twitter or not (if any).
The second option would be the official status page of Twitter which you can access by going to the Twitter Status Page and checking it out yourself.

2. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that you have a strong connection.
If you’re not sure whether your internet connection is working or not, then the best thing to do would be to check it out yourself. If you have an iPhone (or any smartphone), then open up your web browser and go to Speed Test by Ookla. This will give you the information speed of your internet connection so that you can find out if there are any issues with it or not.
Try restarting your router, as well as trying a different network if possible. If your connection is still slow, try restarting your computer and then try accessing Twitter again.
3. Update the Twitter App
The first step to fixing the Twitter Something Went Wrong Try Again problem is to update your Twitter app. The easiest way to do this is by going to the App Store and pressing Update.
Alternatively, you can also download a new version of the program from their website if you prefer not updating through Apple’s app store (this method will require more effort on your part).
Once you have updated your Twitter app or downloaded a new version, reboot your iPhone or iPad. This will clear out any errors caused by an incomplete update or problems with older versions of apps that may have been causing the “something went wrong” issues on Twitter.
4. Reinstall the Twitter App

11. Use a VPN
You can unblock Twitter with a VPN. A VPN, or virtual private network, is a service that lets you connect to the internet using another computer’s IP address.
This means that anyone using your device will appear to be accessing the internet from the location of the remote server (i.e., wherever your VPN provider is located).
Most of us are used to connecting through our home WiFi routers, which assign us an IP address based on where we live — for example, if you use a VPN on a laptop at home and then try accessing Twitter from work, it would appear as though your laptop were still in possession of its original IP address rather than from outside of its usual jurisdiction (and thus unable to access blocked sites).

12. Reload the Twitter Webpage
